Return Policy 

1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This extended window ensures you have enough time to evaluate your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • Unused or unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Note: For hygiene-related items (e.g., pacifiers, bottles), we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:

  • Email us at support@babybug.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Alternatively, use our self-service return portal (coming soon) for a faster process.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Charges

For returns due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size or color), a flat fee of ₹100 will be charged for return shipping.

  • For returns due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost at no charge to you.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@babybug.in.

6. Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you need a different size, color, or product, here’s how it works:

  • Return the original item following the steps above.
  • Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you’d like.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@babybug.in. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—no return shipping charges will apply in these cases.
